1. Subscription Billing
- Plans are billed monthly in USD.
- Billing cycle starts on the date the subscription is activated.
- Plan upgrades can be requested at any time and are applied to the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
2. Delivery of Service
- ASINGUARD is a digital service. No physical product is shipped.
- Service delivery is completed by account activation and panel access provisioning.
- Access is usually granted immediately after account and payment confirmation.
3. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to prevent renewal charges.
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel already processed billing periods.
- Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period until canceled.
4. Refunds
- Refund decisions are reviewed case-by-case according to service usage and account history.
